GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not registering the FIR against the Respondent Nos. 6 to 14 in spite of the petitioner's oral and written complaint dated 29-09-2021 and also inspite of sending the complaint through post and further on several requests and Personal approaches of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, improper, and unconstitutional and against the procedure contemplated under the code of criminal procedure and consequently direct the Respondent No. 2 to 5 to Register the FIR against the Respondents 6 to 14 basing on the written complaint dated 29-09-2021 lodged by the petitioner and sent through post and take action as per the procedure contemplated under law and to file final report forthwith as per the law and also procedure contemplated under the code of criminal procedure and to pass.” 2. No representation for the petitioner. 3 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that based on the complaint made by the petitioner, police have conducted enquiry and found that allegations leveled against the respondents are false and hence no crime has been registered against the respondents. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
