2. Allegation against the petitioner – Inderjeet Singh @ Inderjit Singh @ Inderbir Singh @ Amb, is that he fired twice, thereby causing firearm injuries to the wife of the complainant, namely, Baljeet Kaur. It is further noticed that the injured and other eye-witnesses are yet to be examined.
3. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with the JAWALA RAM 2026.03.07 15:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRM-M-50628-2025 - 2 - observation that it shall be open for the petitioner to move a fresh bail petition after the examination of the material witnesses before the trial Court. The learned trial Court is also directed to ensure that the said exercise is carried out within a period of two months from the next date fixed before it.
