Private respondent no. 5 is seeking to illegally encroach. His client made representation dated 10th March, 2025 to respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate). He seeks direction upon said respondent to consider his representation and take action. 2. Mr. Srivastava, learned advocate Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. He submits, the representation will be duly dealt with. 3. On query, Mr. Kumar submits, his client approached respondent no.2. In the circumstances, said respondent is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 10th March, 2025. For the purpose, said respondent may call upon petitioner and private respondent, to render assistance. 4.
