This petition has been filed with prayer to direct the District Magistrate- Rampur, to accord consideration to petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2024. As per this representation, petitioner's land has been utilized for the project of Railways but compensation in respect of such land has not been released to the petitioner. 2. Learned State Counsel submits that grievance of the petitioner would be got examined by the second respondent. 3. In that view of the matter we direct that District Magistrate- Rampur, shall got the fact verified and would pass appropriate order in respect of the grievance raised within a period of three months. 4.
