The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Panki P.S. Case No. 82/24, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Palamau. On 26.06.2024, at about 12:00 noon, the petitioner along with co- accused persons came to the house of the informant and co-accused Pankaj Kumar Ram opened fire causing firearm injury on the thigh of one child. It was submitted that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Anil Ram has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.10582 of 2024. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Palamau, in connection with Panki P.S.
