This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“ … to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent. No.3 The Station House Officer Kurnool Thaluka Police Station, Kurnool Mandal and District in Not registering the FIR and not conducting investigation on the complaints of the petitioner Dt 09.06.2025 and 13.10.2025 in connecting with the illegal exercise of demolition of the temple i.e., Sri Renuka Yellama Devatha Temple, Venkayya Palli Village, Kurnool Mandal and District, causing much loss and damage to the sentiments of the founders family and the devotees of the temple as ex-facie illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice, unreasonable and violation of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and to grant such other relief or relief.”. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3.
