This is a disposed of matter listed on Board today under the heading “To Be Mentioned” on the basis of the office note dated 24.11.2025 for the reason that in the order dated 14.11.2025 in the cause title instead of “First Appeal No.113 of 2022”, it has wrongly been typed as “F.A. (D.B) No.113 of 2023”. 2. We have gone through the order dated 14.11.2025 and found that inadvertently due to typographical mistake, the said error has been crept up in the said order. 3. Hence, the order dated 14.11.2025 is modified to the extent that instead of “F.A. (D.B) No.113 of 2023” it is to be read as “First Appeal No.113 of 2022”. 4.
