2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner, along with one unknown person, is alleged to have abused and fired upon informant and also molested two girls on the road. Name of petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Kumar.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has

Name of petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused person. Except confessional statement there is no material on record to show the complicity of this petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that this petitioner, along with one co-accused person, is alleged to have molested two girls on the road and abused and fired upon informant.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
