Case No. 54 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. On 10.08.2025 at about 2.00 P.M., son of the Informant namely Md. Sahil @ Kurkure was shot dead by the named accused persons. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co- accused. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. Mr. Rishu Ranjan, learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Hindpidi P.S.
