1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following relief:
“10.1. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue order or direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide pending second
2 appeal dated 07.06.2024 (Annexure P/1) and to provide the information to the petitioner as required in his application at the earliest, in the interest of justice. 10.2 To grant any other relief deemed fit and proper by the Hon’ble High Court in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to respondent no. 1 to decide the pending second appeal filed on 07.06.2024 (Annexure P/1) expeditiously within a time frame.
3. Learned Counsel for the respondents opposed the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner.
4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection.
5. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case,
submissions of the counsels, respondent no. 1 is directed to decide the pending second appeal (Annexure P/1), in accordance with law, rules and regulations, expeditiously, as soon as possible, after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the affected parties.
6. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. Sd/-
