ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue any writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of the respondent no. 3 in interfering with the civil disputes existing between the petitioner and respondent no. 4 and forcibly stoping the work of the petitioner at Sanjamalla Site as illegal, arbitrary and inviolation of Article 19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent no. 3 not to interfere with the civil disputes existing between the petitioner and respondent no. 4 and pass such..…”
2. Heard Sri S.Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, it is a case of interference of police in the civil disputes.
4. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondents.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
6. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
