The applicant was in judicial custody in FIR No. 0373 of 2020, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Kotwali Ranipur, District Haridwar. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. According to the FIR, on 17.11.2020, the informant received information about the mutation of his property. Upon inquiry, it was revealed that one Subhash Chand had prepared a forged sale deed for his land. The sale deed contained the informant's photograph and forged signatures. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that all payments were made to co-accused Satish Saini, the attesting witness to the sale deed, and the applicant has been falsely implicated in the matter. The applicant was 2 granted interim bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 22.05.2023. 5. Having considered the submissions, this Court is of the view that the interim bail granted by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 22.05.2023 be made absolute. 6.
