Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Revision Petitioners would submit that the child is under the tender age of 3 years and if the child is handed over to him before the Taluk Legal Service Committee at Kalasapakkam, it will lead to other complications. Hence, they have raised objections to see the child by the respondent and prayed to modify the order passed by the trial court. But, the learned counsel for respondent appeared and submitted that as a father, he is entitled to see the child and he wanted to see the child. Therefore, he prayed to permit him to see the child. Considering both side submissions and also considering the fact that as a father, he is entitled to see the child, this Court is inclined to modify the order of trial court that instead of bringing the child to Legal Services Authority, the respondent is directed to see the child at the house of revision petitioners whenever he required and when he visit the child, the revision petitioners are directed not to make any annoyance to the respondent, who is father of child. __________ Page2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 6204 of 2025 Furthermore, since the child is under the custody of deceased mother's parents, as a father, he is directed to pay Rs.5000/- as maintenance until modification by any court of law.
