Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109(1), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant and her daughter with iron rod as a result of which they sustained injuries. Doctor has found one of the injuries caused by the petitioner to be grievous in nature. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Considering the nature of accusation and injury, Patna High Court CR. MISC.
