Case No. 72 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 111(2) (B), 3 (5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Sections 17(c), 18(b), 21(c), 27 and 29 of the N.D.P.S., Act pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Act, Hazaribagh. 3. It was submitted that 1.215 kg. opium was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and co-accused. It was submitted that quantum of seized opium comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was finally submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 4. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Act, Hazaribagh, in connection with Lohsinghna P.S.
