Heard arguments of Sri K.Muralidhar Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 3. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite submitting an application dated 03.04.2018 seeking for granting e-pattadar passbook-cum-title deed and inclusion of the name of the petitioner in all online record of Rights, in respect of the property in question, no action has been taken so far. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has stated that as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, the authorities will consider the DR,J W.P.No.29052 of 2025 representation/Form 6-A application submitted by the petitioner and they will pass appropriate orders after giving notice to the concerned persons. 5. Considering the above submissions made by both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving opportunity to the petitioner to file representation/ Form 6-A application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On filing such application, the respondents, especially 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation /Form 6-A application made by the petitioner on 03.04.2018 as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
