In Para No.5 of the Counter Affidavit filed by the Respondent No.5, it is admitted that a net amount of Rs.85,49,895/- is due to the Writ Petitioner and the same could not be uploaded in the NIDHI Portal due to the insufficient funds. 3. Having regard to the above facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the Writ Petition with a direction to the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to complete the entire administrative process, Inter-departmental and Intra- departmental by way of mutual cooperation and coordinaton, within a period of twenty weeks from today and transfer the amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank details to the concerned authority within one week from today for effecting such transfer. 4. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 5.
