The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 376, 313, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. It is alleged that on the false promise of marriage, co-accused Keshwar Gond established physical relation with informant resulting in her pregnancy and later on, this petitioner also got her pregnancy terminated. Petitioner has got eight criminal antecedent. 4.
