Heard learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to set aside/quash the impugned order dated 10.7.2024 passed by the Tahsildar Phoolpur, Prayagraj in Case No. 10633 of 2023 under section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 (Smt. Phool Kali Devi Versus Babai) Annexure No. 8 to this writ petition. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent/Revenue Authority to register the name of petitioner in the revenue record so the petitioner may not be dispossess land." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that order impugned has been passed under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is appealable. 4. In view of the availability of the statutory alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
