Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of the writ petition finally at this stage giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of mutation passed in Mutation Case No.241 of 2025 by the Tahasildar, Paralakhemundi before the Sub-Collector and in case of preferring any Mutation Appeal annexing the certified copy of this order, the Sub-Collector shall entertain the same without questioning about the limitation invoking the provisions of Section 14 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963, as the petitioner has approached the Page 2 of 2. wrong forum i.e. writ court bonafidely by filing this writ petition and the Sub-Collector shall dispose of the appeal as per law after hearing from the petitioner and other, if any, as expeditiously as possible within a period of 3 months from the date of filing of the Mutation Appeal. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally. 5. Urgent certified copy of this Order be granted to the petitioner on proper application.
