O R D E R:-
This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not cancelling the illegal lay out in Sy.No.333/1B of Rayalapuram Village, Chandragiri Mandal as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of land in Sy.No.333 of Rayalapuram Village of Chandragiri Mandal and abutting the land of the Petitioner, there is Government land in Sy.No.333 which was sub-divided into 333/1B and 333/2A admeasuring Ac.3.66 cents and Ac.1.55 cents respectively. The Petitioner further pleaded that the land was shown as Assessed Waste Dry (AWD) and is a Government land as per the revenue record. As a lay out is formed in Sy.No.333/1B, the Petitioner gave representations to respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5 which were of no avail. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 3. Smt. by the Tahsildar, Chandragiri Mandal vide Roc.A/19/2025 dated 15.03.2025, wherein it was mentioned that as per ‘A’ Register of Chandragiri Village, the land in Sy.No.331-1 was classified as ‘Government Dry’. As per the record of holdings obtained from the Sub-Registrar, Chandragiri, one Bobbu Venkata Reddy was registered as pattadar for the land in Sy.No.333/1B for an extent of Ac.3.68 cents vide patta No.272 and sale transaction took place between Bobbu Venkata Reddy (Executant) and Gantapani Ramnarayanachari (Claimant) vide Doc.No.1292 dated
21.07.1928. Later, Gantapani Ramnarayanachari executed gift deed in favour of his wife Gantapani Satyanarayanamma vide Doc.No.307 dated 19.02.1944. However, as per Wet Land Adangal of Chandragiri Village, the land in Sy.No.333/1A and 333/1B of an extent of Ac.1.45 cents and Ac.3.68 cents were entered as Assessed Waste Dry.
It was further mentioned that no lay out was formed in Sy.No.333/1B and no such proposals were initiated and therefore cancellation of lay out would not arise. 4. The written instructions submitted by the Tahsildar referred above are placed in record. 4

In view of the written instructions of the Tahsildar, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondents to ensure that no illegal layouts are formed in Sy.No.333/1B of Rayalapuram Village, Chandragiri Mandal.
