Kabita Shaw” instead of “Dr. Binoy Rajan Roy vs. Smt. Kabita Shaw”. He has further drawn my attention that the designation of the learned counsel, Mr. Rahul Karmakar, has been wrongly typed in the cause title as well as in paragraph 3 of the judgment dated 21.03.2025 as “Sr. Adv” instead of “Adv”. 2. Department is directed to make necessary correction. 3. Other portion of the order dated 08.01.2025 and judgement dated 21.03.2025 shall remain unaltered. 4.
