The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Torpa P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 79 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 15(c), 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Khunti. 3. On 27.08.2025, at about 08:00 A.M., Torpa Police, on the basis of confidential information, raided the Dhaba of co-accused Aakash Mahto. On search, 116.240 kgs of poppy husks were recovered from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused Aakash Mahto. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Khunti in connection with Torpa P.S.
