Today when the matter came up for consideration, learned Government Pleader upon instruction submitted that the LLMC had already passed an order on the application submitted by the petitioner to delete the property from the Data Bank. As per the same, the application was rejected, but later, it was noticed that there were certain mistakes in that order. Therefore, a revised order was passed, by partially allowing the application of the petitioner. In such circumstances, this contempt of court case is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to invoke the statutory remedies available to him. Sd/- ZIYAD RAHMAN A.A.
