Challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s representation dated 11.10.2025, the instant Writ Petition has been filed. 3. A perusal of the said representation would reflect that immediately after filing the said representation, the petitioners filed the present Writ Petition on 27.10.2025. No material is placed before this Court that the 3rd respondent received the said representation. It is further noticed from the copy of the said representation that the championships to which appointment of an observer is sought have already begun and were over by 25-10-2025, by the date of the filing of the Writ Petition. 4. In the light of the above, this Court is not inclined to issue any directions to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, having regard to the fact that the petitioners have approached this Court after the commencement of the said championships, and the schedule has already begun. 4 5. In view of the foregoing, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
