Case No. 1087 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 96 of the BNS, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the minor victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2024. 5. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears to be a case of elopement. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) Patna High Court CR. MISC.
