The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lapung P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 121(1), 121(2), 109(1), 132, 61(2), 324(4), 352 of the B.N.S. and under Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Ekta Saxena, learned J.M., 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. On 03.06.2025, at about 09:50 A.M., about 60 persons attacked the the Police party. 4. It was submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that no one from the informant party was injured. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Ekta Saxena, learned J.M., 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Lapung P.S.
