Ms. Diksha Ghosh ……for the State. In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 1. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has furnished the address of Howrah to the investigating officer. 2. Petitioner is seeking relaxation of the bail condition imposed vide order dated 12th September, 2024 whereby the petitioner was restrained from entering the District of South 24 Parganas and to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the police station at the place where he shall reside subsequent to this order. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to this order, the petitioner shifted from of South 24 Parganas and started residing in Howrah. Learned counsel submits that on account of this, the petitioner is facing 2 inconvenience and he may be allowed to shift his permanent resident at of South 24 Parganas and further he may report to police station Raidighi once in a month. 4. Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that petitioner has duly complied with the order of this court. 5. Since the petitioner has so far complied with the order of this court let the condition of the bail as contained in 12th September, 2024 is modified to the extent that petitioner may reside in South 24 Parganas and shall report to the Officer-in- Charge , P.S. Raidighi once in a month. The other condition shall remain the same. 6. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. 7.
