Heard Sri Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police are not taking any action on the complaints dated 11.05.2025 and 19.05.2025 made by the petitioner. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that they have not registered any crime against the respondent and based on the information furnished by the petitioner, the police found that the subject matter is civil in nature. 5. Considering the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
