On 30.09.2024, the Coordinate Bench of this Court directed learned Additional Government Advocate to procure the latest factual report. Today, learned Public Prosecutor has produced the factual report dated 08.11.2024 submitted by SHO, Police Station Ramganj, Jaipur (North), which clearly reveals that after conclusion of the investigation, the negative Final Report bearing registration No.34/2021 dated 17.03.2021 has been filed before [2025:RJ-JP:858] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-4845/2020] the Metropolitan Magistrate No.12, Jaipur Metropolitan on 21.10.2019. The factual report dated 08.11.2024 is taken on record. 4. In view of the aforesaid, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with the liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available in accordance with law, if need so arises. 5.
