Landlord, R/o D.No. 12-1-351, Nallamothuvari Street, Chirala, Prakasam District, A.P ...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 5th respondent in threatening the petitioner to settle the property issue with the unofficial respondent herein and moreover already pending civil suit before the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court at Sattenapalli and calling the petitioner to the police station either by sending his subordinates or by making calls to the petitioner and making the petitioner to still till odd hours and abusing him in filthy language and threatening him that various criminal cases would be booked against him and him family members if the petitioners does not heed to the warnings of 5th respondent and settle the issue with 6th respondent , as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional being violative of Arts., 14, 19 (1) (g), 21 anc 300-A of the Constitution of India, part from various judicial pronouncements of this Hon'ble Court as well as the Hon'ble Apex Court. IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the official respondents not to harass the petitioner by calling him frequently to the police station and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the 6th respondent also should not to disconnect the Electric Connection or by interfering with the lease right over the property and

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that the subject matter is pertaining to civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. The police are not interfering in the civil disputes between parties nor threatened them to settle the civil suit before the Court.
4. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
