The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 297 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 27.05.2024 by the informant Nitesh Kumar. 3. Earlier, the bail application of the petition was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 41135 of 2025 on 09.07.2025 and this is the second attempt. 4.
