This contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of an award dated 18.06.2024, passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Lower Subansiri/Kurung Kumey/Kamle/Kra Daadi Districts, Ziro in MACT Case (Z) No.03/2021. Having considered the Section 169 (4) of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 and the provision of the Order 21 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), I am of the considered view that present contempt petition is not maintainable.
