2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and to quash the First Information Report bearing FIR No. 95/2025 dated 26.06.2025 registered at Police Station Kartala, District-Korba Chhattisgarh for offence under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, against the present petitioner, in the interest of justice.”

The present petition has been reported to be suffering from various defaults / defects and though it appears from the petition that the same was filed on 14.08.2025 as the affidavit is sworn on the said date, but the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken care to remove the said defaults and has drafted a vague and sketchy petition, in a casual manner and has wasted the precious time of the Court. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petitioner with liberty to file afresh. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh appropriately curing the defaults, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Children’s Home for Orthopedically Handicapped, Mana Camp Raipur (C.G.) for wasting the precious time of the Court. 3
6. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
