Case No. 09 of 2025, corresponding to NDPS Case No.02 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 8B/18(B)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge NDPS Act, Palamau. 3. On 20.01.2025 at about 10:30 a.m, Manatu Police on the basis of confidential information that poppy was illegally cultivated at village Jaspur, went to the place of occurrence and destroyed poppy cultivation. 4. It was further submitted that petitioners were not arrested on the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioners come in the confession of co-accused persons. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge NDPS Act, Palamau, in connection with Manatu P.S.
