This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding ог directing respondent No. 2, to mutate the name the of petitioner in revenue records in pursuance of Hon'ble Court order dated 26-04-2024 in Writ Petition No. 12737 of 2024, over Khata No. 281, new Gata No. 1100 in revenue record, within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners have earlier filed Writ Petition No.12737 of 2024, by which, operation of orders has been stayed by order dated 26.4.2024. Now the present writ petition has been filed that the said order has not been incorporated in the revenue records. The aforesaid writ petition is still pending. 4. Since the earlier writ petition being Writ Petition No.12737 of 2024 is pending, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application in the pending writ petition.
