The petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.81 of 2025 arising out of Dhalbhumgarh P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.03 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 118, 115(2), 126 & 109 of the B.N.S., but charge has been framed under Sections 115(2), 118, 126(2), 109(2), 3(5), pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatshila. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.1162 of 2025 by order dated 13.02.2025 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. During the intervening period of 17/18.11.2024, free fight ensued between the accused persons and the informant party due to the land dispute. It was submitted that there is general allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner also sustained injuries. It was further submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for more than 10 months and there is no progress in trial. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatshila, in connection with S.T.
