Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that vide instant petition, the petitioner is seeking seniority from her initial date of 2 appointment. She would further submit that similar issue has been decided by the Co-ordinate bench in WPS No.283/2022, WPS No.9233/2022 and other bunch of petitions, in which, vide order dated 15.03.2023, all petitions have been dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to file representation for redressal of their grievance. She further submitted that, in instant case, the petitioner may also be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of her grievance. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents No.1 to 3 & 6 has no objection to allow aforesaid limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration, this petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of her grievance, as has been raised in this petition, within a period of 30 days from today. If such representation is filed, then respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with applicable law/rules/regulations. 5.
