Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties. 3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to admit the present writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties and call for the records and after hearing be pleased to i) Issue appropriate direction(s)/order(s) to the OP No.2 & 3 for release Subsistence Allowance for the period of 21.05.2023 to 14.05.2024 in response to the prevailing provision of Rule-9 of the Odisha Education (Recruitment and conditions of Service of Teachers and members of the Staff of Aided Educational Institutions) Rules, 1974. And further be pleased to issue appropriate order(s)/direction(s) as deemed to be necessary, fit and proper. And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall be as in duty bound ever pray.” 4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-11 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-11 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
