(4) This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order. Petitioner has sought leave to add one more ground in the SCC Revision and he has not sought any leave to amend the pleadings/written statement. Since the amendment sought is purely legal in nature, which can be raised during the argument, therefore, learned Revisional Court was justified in rejecting the prayer for amendment. Thus there is no scope for interference. (5) Writ petition fails and is dismissed.
