GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Police particularly 3rd Respondent calling to the petitioner to the police station even without registration of any crime or F.I.R., on the complaint of Un-official respondent in connection with the Oral Agreement of Sale of a Vehicle i.e., Car bearing Reg. No.AP 31 TH 5139 on a condition to pay Hypothecation Loan Amount to the Bank , it is nothing but interference into the civil dispute all are illegal, unlawful violation of principles of natural justice , consequently to 2 direct the 3rd Respondent police not to harass the petitioner nor call for to the station, without registration of a crime in the interest of the justice.” 2. Sri Ravuri Leela Sai Sampath, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Respondent No.3 is calling the Petitioner to the Police Station and interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police neither called the Petitioner to the Police Station nor interfered with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to summon the Petitioner to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against him and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
