The petitioner, who is in custody since 27.02.2025, seeks regular bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 385, 435 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 16, 18(B), 30 of the UAP Act. 3. The petitioner is accused of burning a Poclain machine. He is an absconder in a case of 2016. The petitioner is a Naxal. 4.
