GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 6 in calling the petitioners to the police station every alternate day and in interfering into the civil dispute pending before the Court of The Principal Junior Civil Judge at Adoni in O.S.No. 398/2021 which is filed against the respondent 6 herein and some others as bad, illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property admeasuring Ac.1.00cts and Ac.3.00cts in Sy.No. 28/A of Vandagallu Village, Kosigi Mandal, Kurnool District in the interest of justice and grant such other relief or relief's as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Sri V.S.K.Ramarao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, let there be a direction to the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.6 are purely civil in nature and the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.6, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
