The grievance of the petitioner is that in the Gram Sabha meeting, the name of some of the persons to be appointed as Panchayat Sahayak was considered but this petitioner has been left out. It is also submitted that the meeting, which was allegedly held was improper as the Coram was not complete, which would be evident from the photograph taken during the said meeting.
