Heard Mr. M. Kamcham, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. H. Jeram, learned Legal Aid Counsel for the sole respondent. After arguing the matter at some length, Mr. M. Kamcham, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this Criminal Petition with liberty to approach the concerned Court below for adjudication of the Maintenance Petition. In view of the above, this Criminal Petition stands closed on withdrawal with the liberty to pursue the Maintenance Petition, before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class at Yupia.
