JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 17/04/2025 The present petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing and setting aside the FIR No.305/2024, registered at Police Station Behror, District, Kotputli-Behror for the offences under Sections 109(1), 331(6), 324(2), 324(6), 352 of BNS, 2023. Upon perusal of the records and contents of the FIR, it is noted that vide order dated 02.04.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.9076/2024 titled as Vikram Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan, direction was given qua surrender before the learned Trial Court and file a regular bail application. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
