ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following relief:-
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent in issuing Endorsement No.Ref: B/382/2025, dated 01.10.2025 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent Nos.6 and 7 to receive, register and release any conveyance deed/ sale deed that may be executed and presented by the petitioner in favour of any 3rd party in respect of premises bearing D.No.22-1-29/2 admeasuring 220 square yards in T.S.No.501/1 (Part), in Block No.5, Ward No.3 of Kakinada (Urban) village and Mandal, Kakinada District and pass such other order”.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration submitted that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No. 2970 of 2022, dated 21.02.2022.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order in Writ Petition No. 2970 of 2022, dated 21.02.2022, by directing the respondent Nos.6 and 7 to receive, process, register and release the

Conveyance Deed presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject property if the document is otherwise in order. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
5. The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in Writ Petition No. 2970 of 2022, dated 21.02.2022 to this order.
