This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 1 to 3 are not taking any action against the respondents No. 4 to 10 is wholly arbitrary and unlawful manner in utter violation of the principles of natural justice, and violation of Sec 4 and 5 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989) without issuing any notice as arbitrary, illegal and unjust and issue consequential direction directing the respondents no. 1 to 3 to protect the petitioners and to expedite the complaint of the petitioners dated 03-11-2025, also and not to

interfere in the petitioners land in Sy.Nos. 1475 to 1483 of Markapur Village, Prakasam District.”
2. Sri K.Lakshmana Sastry, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police have not registered any crime based on the complaint given by the Petitioner. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, because of the frequent disputes between both the groups, Police arranged picket in the subject land to avoid further disputes between them. It is further submitted that the Police have not registered any case, since the subject matter is purely civil in nature. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
