2 and Section 4 & 5 circulation of Money Act and Section 10 CG Protection of Depositors Interest Act.
2. The State Counsel has opposed the application for anticipatory bail and argued that it is not legally maintainable. It is submitted that the offences against the applicant also include Sections 4 and 5 of the Circulation of Money Act and Section 10 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors interest Act. These special laws clearly provide that anticipatory bail cannot be granted to a person accused under them.
