The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents 2 to 5 in providing Police aid to the person and property, in an Ac.0.70 Cents in Sy.Nos.31/10 and 31/11, of Elakapalle Village fields, Ramasamudram Mandal, Annamayya District, from the respondent No.6 herein in pursuance of the

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that Petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject property. When respondent No.6 illegally interfered in the subject property, Petitioner filed suit in OS No.110 of 2023 seeking permanent injunction. Learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Punganur vide Judgment and Decree dated 25.07.2023, decreed the suit in favour of the Plaintiff (petitioner herein). Further, Petitioner submitted a representation dated 23.07.2025 to respondent Police seeking police protection to the subject property, which is not considered by the Police.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that since the subject matter relates to civil dispute, unless judicial orders are not obtained, respondent police cannot give any protection to the Petitioner and would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition.
In the light of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to look into the Petitioner’s representation and take an appropriate decision over the matter according to the governing rules and law. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
